Dear HBWC Members 
ITP are running a Management Diploma, beginning early November. The package consists of a group workshop every 6 weeks at the ITP offices, lead by Rob Murray, and supply of support material. This programme is intended for the 'hands-on' manager whose role is to manage limited resources in order to achieve specific results required by the organisation. The focus here is on the practical approach - using plans or methods to achieve specific short to medium term aims, as distinct from the operational approach where the breadth of authority and timescales involved are more significant.
This qualification is based on the knowledge and understanding required for the level 4 NVQ in management and is intended for people who:
Equally, it will help anyone who wants to develop towards a future role as a manager by helping them to gain knowledge and understanding necessary for carrying out that role.
Course costs are £1500, and payment plan options available, with the possibility of ILA contributions.

We will furnish you with recycling posters to place around your premises encouraging staff to participate, explaining the do’s and don’ts along with an annual recycling certificate that includes facts and figures on the effects your recycling operation has achieved. Today, NRS successfully provides recycling management solutions for small independent companies as well as large corporate bodies looking to reduce landfill taxes and meet legislative requirements.
