Welcome
HBWC is a great club for networking. The Club is made up of women who are business owners, in employment, or self-employed.
Know Anyone who deserves an Award this year?
Nominate someone or yourself! The Annual Awards are an ideal opportunity to showcase you and your business by nominating yourself for one of the Club's Annual Awards. The prize winners each receive a cheque for £500 as well as free publicity for themselves and their business. Alternatively, you can nominate any member you feel is a suitable candidate for an award. Application forms for the 2009 Awards are available to download here.
The winner of the Most Enterprising Business category goes forward as the Club's nomination for the same Award category at the Association of Scottish Businesswomen Awards Dinner to be held later in the year.
Last year, for the second year in a row, the Most Enterprising Business Award from the Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB) went to the Highlands!

Emma Day from Highland Biosciences Ltd, won the HBWC Award for the same category last March, and went on to represent the Highlands at the ASB Awards, scooping the national award at the prestigious Awards Dinner in Troon last Friday 12th September.
The year before Denise Barras from Les Enfants Nurseries did the same. The Highlands really has plenty of Talent!
Will it be you next year? Download your application form here. Good Luck!
