If you or an employee are under 20 years of age, and in employment, you could be eligible for full funding to complete an MA.

Bra Nicht Walk - Volunteers required
Volunteers required by Marie Curie to help on the 4th June at the Bra Nicht event.
10 volunteers required from 7-10 pm to help with registration, tee shirts and drinks for all the walkers. All for a wonderful cause.

Spring Forward - Change your life for the better
This one day workshop will be held on Saturday, 2nd April 2011 at Kingsmills Hotel,Inverness.
Spring Forward will focus on key areas of your life including living a healthy lifestyle,
improving your personal impact and enhancing your communication skills, positive self promotion, creating a vision of the life you want and setting goals for greater confidence. There will also be a choice of sessions including developing fitness goals, developing your personal style, overcoming procrastination and limiting beliefs.
Workshop cost is £99 and participants will be able to make use of the leisure & spa facilities at The Kingsmills Hotel before and after the workshops. In addition, there will be limited places available before and after each session for one of the following activities:fitness session, mini make-over or
mini coaching session.
